Abstract
Real-time processing of satellite images on Grid architectures can reveal relevant geographic and environmental information. The paper presents the MedioGrid Software Platform that supports the development of Grid applications. The performance of this software platform is evaluated using three environmental applications: Greenland, Waterland and Minerals.
