Abstract
The paper presents, in a short from the nowadays acute requirement for a unique standardization system, due to a greater dependence of the present day society on the relation quality - software - total quality management (TQM). The modern decision and operational tools are more frequently resorted to on account of the economies development and informatization, so that they make the object of an increased tendency towards globalization for the time being. Software quality is interpreted starting from the (global) quality models defined by ISO 9000, 9126, 9241, 9001/94 refer to software systems quality assurance and their use, as well as the motivation of their application.
