Abstract
The main purpose of this project is to present the implementation of an application based on wireless voice communication components on mobile devices with operating systems, favourable from the communication cost point of view. We decided to maintain the communication quality at least at the same level as the traditional telephone networks but also to use GSM and VoIP technologies and the SIP signalling protocol.
