A Solution for Implementing a Reconfigurable Parallel System by Modifying the Interconnection Network

Abstract
The paper treats the reconfiguration problem for parallel systems by modifying the interconnection network. After describing two known solution for reconfiguring a parallel system, the author presents his own solution for implementing a reconfigurable parallel system. A comparison is made between a known solution, Kartashev and Kartashev being the authors and the new one.
